Attorney Guizhao Deng is a Cantonese male who graduated with a double major in philosophy and legal science at Sun Yat-Sen University. In 1978, after graduating from Sun Yat-Sen University, Mr. Deng devoted himself to researching and implementing the policies of the Chinese Communist Party at the Guangzhou Industrial Department as well as working as a corporate legal advisor. Then, beginning in 1993, Mr. Deng practiced law at Sun Yat-Sen University Law Department’s Lingnan Law Office, at Guangdong Datong Law Office, and finally at Guangdong H.J.M. International Law Office.
During the time when Attorney Deng was working as a corporate legal advisor, he actively investigated and researched the development of managing export-oriented economical and enterprise contracts. In 1992, Mr. Deng’s "A Discussion of Enterprise Economical Contract Management" was deemed the outstanding paper of Guangdong Province Industrial Department. Mr. Deng directly participated in establishing many Sino-foreign cooperative businesses and Sino-foreign joint ventures, providing many customized corporate “three-in-one packages” of negotiation, contract drafting, and signatory services. He also participated in many legal activities involving enterprise foreign trade as well as involving the development and investment of factories on Mainland realty by Hong Kong enterprises. During the 15th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, he provided much legal services regarding the transference of state-owned enterprises to private ownership. While practicing his legal profession, Attorney Deng has been a legal advisor for successive years for more than twenty enterprises, including the Guangzhou mechanical and electrical industry, the automobile industry, the boiler industry, the food industry, the casting industry, the textile industry and hotel services industry.
Attorney Deng Guizhao has been a legal practitioner for more than ten years, primarily in the fields of economical and civil litigation and non-litigation, in which he focuses on providing legal advice to corporate enterprises.
