She earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering in 1993, and later a master’s degree in law from Peking University.
In September 1998, she attended the course of advanced legal English in foreign matters at China University of Politics and Law, learning major foreign laws, especially the corporation law and contract law of the United States.
In 1999, she passed the National Bar Examination. In 2000, she was granted both the Certificate of Qualification for Patent Agent. Now, she serves as the secretary-general of the Intellectual Property Committee of Guangzhou Lawyers Association, agent of Guangzhou Sanhuan Patent Agency Co, and lawyer of Guangdong Haijiming Law Firm.
In 2003, she founded Guangzhou Junhui Trademark Firm, annually handling nearly 1,000 various cases on trademark or patent application, trademark protest, re-examination and plea as well as company registration in Hong Kong.
She has longtime handled legal affairs in such intellectual property fields as patent, trademark , copyright and anti-unfair competition, based on the large numbers of practices in patent and trademark agency, has solid basic skills and experience in flexibly solving difficulties, specializes in formulating strategies for full protection of intellectual property rights, has his unique view and precise litigation strategies on intellectual property cases, and has been commended by clients for his thorough and meticulous working style.
She drew the plans on the integrated protection of trademark, copyright and patent of the new TV tower of Guangzhou, drew the plans on the integrated protection of invention patent of Shenzhen Batian Environmental Co, as its agent , issued legal opinions on specific search of Guangdong United Electronic Toll Co, under the Department of Transport of Guangdong, represented the dyeing brand name Youngrace Cosmetics Group against Japanese Friend Co, in a trademark infringement case, participated in the patent infringement case of Shenzhen Huawei Co , the anti-unfair competition case of Guangzhou Dongbeiren Co, against Dongbeicai and the brand planning of the brand name “Coniao” in Guangdong Province, represented Blue Moon Co, in patent application, represented Denglao Ice Tea in trademark re-examination, etc.
She also handled a large number of foreign-related cases. She led the anti-unfair competition case of American Cimnet Systems. Inc, against Zhongshan Baobai Co, the patent infringement case of Germany BJB Co, against Dongguan Chengye Electronic Factory, and Italian GIVI Co, against Shunde Adler, represented the company authorized by; Korean Kim Co, in nearly 50 trademark applications in China, drew the plan on the protection of Russian FUGA brand in China, represented Chinese enterprises in trademark and patent applications in the Untied Sates. Italy, Switzerland, Japan, France, Korea, Chinese Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, etc.
