Attorney Shenggen Hu, a partner at Guangdong H.J.M. International Law Office, is currently a graduate student at Renmin University of China Law School majoring in economics law. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in legal science at Peking University. Possessing a solid legal foundation and comprehensive legal knowledge, Mr. Hu had published several articles in "Guangzhou Procuratorate," "Guangzhou Legal System Daily," "GD-HK Information Daily," "Nanfang Daily," and other such newspapers and magazines.
Mr. Hu has been specially invited by Southern Television (TVS) and Guangdong Satellite Radio Broadcasting Station (FM91.4) as an honored guest to explain legal questions to the audience numerous times.
Ever since he entered the legal profession, Mr. Hu has handled many litigation and non-litigation cases. Further, he is the corporate legal advisor of many companies, including Guangzhou Jinsheng Real Estate Development Company, Ltd., Guangzhou Dengfeng Commercial Group, Guangzhou Liwan Private Operation (Individual) Association, Hong Kong Jiadi International Company, Ltd.
Mr. Hu has accumulated extensive experience in handling cases concerning real estate litigation, civil litigation, and criminal litigation.
Mr. Hu uses both Mandarin and English while engaged in the legal profession.
