Attorney Song Le graduated from Chengdu University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor's degree in technology. In 1996, Ms. Le qualified as an attorney. She has a comprehensive understanding of the basic legal theories surrounding civil law, criminal law, economic rules and regulations, intellectual property rights law, corporate law, and administrative law.
Ever since Ms. Le became involved in legal work, she has accumulated extensive experience in the practice of criminal law, civil law, and business law litigation. She is familiar with real estate law and intellectual property rights law, having handled cases dealing with patent and trademark infringement. She had also participated in or was responsible for providing legal advice to many domestic companies, joint ventures, and foreign law offices as well as providing legal services in the areas of foreign lending and guarantee. She is quite capable at dealing with foreign non-litigation matters.
