Glory Rong graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law with a LL.M., Renmin University of China School of Law with a Master’s degree, and Sun Yat-Sen University School of Law with a LL.B. Further, she has accumulated eight years of experience in the legal field. Currently, Ms. Rong is a member of the Asian-Pacific Lawyer’s Association, the National Chinese Lawyer’s Association, and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Rong specializes in international investment law, but she has also amassed extensive experience and client goodwill in the field of finance and insurance law. Since Ms. Rong began legal practice, she has provided legal services to numerous domestic and foreign clients.
In the field of finance, Ms. Rong has provided legal services for Swiss Reinsurance Company, CITIC-Prudential Life Insurance Company, Bank of China’s Guangdong Branch, and Agricultural Bank of China’s Guangdong Branch. In the field of corporate M&As, reorganizations, and IPOs, Ms. Rong has once provided legal opinions regarding such matters for Guangdong Aohai Group’s Guangdong Aohai Investment Company, Ltd., and several other enterprises, as well as provided legal services to Guangzhou Lonkey. Regarding creditor’s rights, Ms. Rong has provided debt collection services for D&B Management Services Ltd, Datian W. Group – Fedex Company, Ltd., Guangzhou Ocean Shipping Company, Guangzhou Hualing Refrigerator Company, Ltd., Guangzhou Hualing Air Conditioner Company, Ltd., and several other enterprises. In addition, in the field of venture capital and high technology, Ms. Rong has provided legal services for Guangdong National Communications Equipment & Information Technology Company, Ltd. and Guangdong National Communications Management Company, Ltd.
