Attorney Zhengyu Yang graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master’s degree in legal science. He used to be a manager at the credit department of the Bank of China, where he was responsible for risk management and assets preservation, so he is familiar with financial and insurance policy, laws and regulations. Since entering the legal profession, Mr. Yang has primarily been involved in financial, insurance and real estate litigation and non-litigation practice. He has been the legal advisor of many large companies. Mr. Yang has also litigated and executed a great variety of cases, including cases that involve financial loans, insurance, real estate, and compensation for property damage, achieving good results for his clients.
